All bookings are subject to availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.


4. Payment Terms
 

Full payment is due as outlined in your booking confirmation. Acceptable payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Any applicable fees or charges will be communicated at the time of booking.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies of the suppliers involved. Traveluxly will communicate any applicable penalties.


6. Travel Insurance
 

Travel insurance is highly recommended. Traveluxly can provide information on insurance providers, but it is your responsibility to purchase coverage.


7. Changes to Bookings
 

Changes to your booking may be subject to availability and additional fees. Requests for changes should be submitted in writing.


8. Liability
 

Traveluxly acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the actions of third-party suppliers.


9. Governing Law
